the suitemate from hell...

I still have the suitemate from hell. I did not sleep last night between the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. because there was yelling, loud music, and throwing up next door. And then of course my daddy called at 9:30 a.m., so I woke up slightly grumpy. I haven't gotten a good nights sleep in a couple nights. Anyway, there were people in the hall talking rather loudly just now, so I asked them to be quiet or go somewhere else. Did you know that it's rude to ask them to go somewhere else? That's what they told me anyway. After closing the door a little too hard, I lost it. I haven't slept in two nights for the love of God and now I'm the one being rude! So Adrienne, my RA, stepped in the hall and asked them to go in their room. When I heard them explaining to her that I was the rude one, she didn't care and told them to go away. By this point I'm in tears, because I can't really function anymore. After talking to Adrienne for a few minutes, she explained that she didn't care how the other people felt about me asking them to move, etc...but then the best news of all - MY SUITEMATE HAS ACTUALLY BEEN KICKED OUT OF THE DORM (along with her annoying, obnoxious friends from hell)!!! Of course, she was supposed to be out by today, but that clearly hasn't happened. Hopefully the housing director will take care of it on Monday, and I can have some peace and quiet. So all of that to say, I may regain sanity and peace of mind soon, because right now I feel like I'm off my rocker. When I'm a little less crazy, I will give an actual update of my life (like dropping classes, looking at grad schools, the fact that I'm going to be an aunt, etc...).
